When the weather gets colder, I am deeply affected. I know some people go on like normal, but some of us are naturally more cold natured and dry (Vata in Ayurveda), so cold makes it more difficult to function like we normally do.

I get in a winter slump every year because I have to move my workouts indoors, and it makes me less motivated to move my body, drink enough water, and eat healthily. When motivation lapses in one area, it tends to seep into other areas of our lives as well.

That's why I decided to make a change this winter.

I decided to create my own winter wellness program, to warm our bodies with skin and gut loving, nutrient dense food, cozy workouts that can be done in your pajamas, and it makes the pressure of sticking to your normal warm weather routine…pressure free. We have to flow with the seasons, not fight against them.
